During the reception, citizens appealed on the following issues:
1️⃣An appeal expressing dissatisfaction with the fact that the mother, despite the court's determination of the procedure for meeting her minor children with the father after the divorce, is preventing them from meeting their children and not complying with the court's decision;
2️⃣A spouse who left for a foreign country with 2 minor children in order to stay abroad was administratively banned from leaving the country where the children are, based on an application filed by the spouse, who had left for the country with the intention of staying abroad, and the father objected to this and requested practical assistance in returning his children to the Motherland;
✅The Children's Ombudsman began to systematically study the above cases within the scope of its powers.
