

This agreement is aimed at strengthening cooperation in preventing various forms of administrative child labor and at ensuring the rational realization of a child’s right to work.
Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties agreed to cooperate in ensuring the lawful realization of minors’ right to work, jointly reviewing incoming appeals in this area, developing proposals to improve relevant legislation, conducting joint monitoring activities to prevent child labor, and establishing a shared statistical and analytical database.
This cooperation will help coordinate systematic oversight and information exchange in preventing child labor in the country.
This, undoubtedly, will contribute to fostering the value of the best interests of the child in our society.
