Djumaev J.Z. was born in 1992 in Navbahor district of Navoi region. Higher education.
In 2017, he worked as a science teacher at the Navbahor Light Industry Vocational College, and in 2018, he worked as a youth leader.
In 2018-2019, he was the chief specialist for work with primary organizations of the Navbahor District Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, chairman of the "Kamalak" children's organization,
In 2019-2020, he was the deputy chairman of the Navbahor District Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, in 2021, chairman of the Council,
In 2021-2022, he was the chief specialist for office and organizational and personnel affairs of the Navoi Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.
In 2022-2023, he was the head of the organizational, personnel and legal services department of the Navoi Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, and from 2023 to the present, he has been working as the acting chairman of the Navoi Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.
