Saidova Gulchehra Ochilovna was born in 1973 in the city of Bukhara, Bukhara region. In 2013-2016 worked as Chief Accountant at the Training Center for training and retraining of employees of financial and accounting departments of financial authorities and budgetary organizations under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2016-2021 she worked as Chief Accountant in the Secretariat of the Ombudsman of the Oliy Majlis (Ombudsman). Since 2021 she has been working as Chief Accountant in the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Oliy Majlis (Ombudsman), and since 2023 she has been working as Chief Accountant in the Secretariat of the Commissioner for Children's Rights of the Oliy Majlis (Children's Ombudsman).

• Prepares draft estimates of expenditures related to the activities of the Plenipotentiary Secretariat, reports on the execution of the estimates and submits them to the Head of the Secretariat and the Plenipotentiary for consideration;

• Prepares orders for budgetary funds, prepares staffing table, maintains monthly financial and accounting records and prepares reports, ensures interaction with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Calculates monthly payroll, tracks state taxes and financial contracts with other organizations;

• Prepares balance sheets, calculates financial statement results, basic cash flow and justifies them;

• Monitors assets in financial management accounts and takes inventory of valuable items.
