Biography
D. Yusupova was born on October 2, 1998 in Bukhara region. In 2024, she graduated from the "Uzbekistan University of Journalism and Mass Communications" with a degree in "Teleradio journalism" by correspondence.
Prior to her appointment to this position, she worked as a chief specialist at the "International Press Club" NGO.
Since December 2024, she has been working as a press secretary for the Representative of the Oliy Majlis on Children's Rights (Children's Ombudsman).
Functions
- Participation in the formation and implementation of information policy determined by the management of the Children's Ombudsman Institute in accordance with modern requirements;
- - Systematic, complete and prompt informing of the population about the activities of the Children's Ombudsman Institute through mass media and social networks;
- - Forming and promoting a positive image of the Children's Ombudsman institution, and studying public opinion through social surveys and other forms;
- -Establishment of effective practical cooperation with the Information and Mass Communications Agency of the Office of the President in the fulfilment of its tasks in the area of information policy;
- - Formation of an expert group with a view to effective cooperation with the media, prompt dissemination of information among journalists and bloggers working closely with the information services, and ensuring the participation of the general public in the discussion of draft normative legal acts;
- - Organising regular appearances by the Children's Ombudsman in the media;
- - Organization of work to monitor and analyse the information space, respond promptly to critical and widely discussed information attacks, and disseminate information relating to the activities of the relevant State bodies and organizations in the mass media and on the Internet;
- - Preparation, jointly with state bodies and organisations, of reports, information, comments and other information and analytical materials for distribution through national and foreign mass media;
- - Studying public opinion on the activities of the representative, the position of national and foreign mass media, developing topical proposals and informing the management of state bodies and organisations about them;
- - Placement of draft regulatory legal acts within the competence of state bodies and organisations, as well as their approved texts on their official website in accordance with the established procedure;
- - Forming and updating a database of text, photo, audio and video materials relating to the activities of the Children's Ombudsman Institution.
