Yuldashov Fazliddin Pakhriddin ugli was born in 1997 in Tashkent region. In 2018-2022 he studied at the Tashkent State Law University. In 2022-2024 worked as an assistant judge of the Chilanzar District Criminal Court of Tashkent city, then as a senior assistant judge of the Tashkent City Court. Since 2024, he has been working as Chief Advisor in the Secretariat of the Oliy Majlis Commissioner for Children's Rights (Children's Ombudsman). 

Assists in the drafting of legislative and regulatory acts relating to children's rights;

Prepares reports on the activities of the Secretariat and the situation of children's rights in the country for submission to the Oliy Majlis and other bodies;

Receives citizens, examines and responds to complaints and appeals concerning violations of children's rights;

Investigates and takes measures to protect children's rights in cases of violations; 

Provides legal assistance to children and their families in the event of violations of their rights; 

Cooperates with law enforcement agencies and the judicial system to protect the interests of children.
